This file contains information on installing the U/Win utility program.


Files

uwin.exe     -  the executable module
uwin.hlp     -  the help text for the U/Win program
uwin.ini     -  initialization and configuration information
uwinbase.dll -  library of U/Win utilities.



Installation
------------

If you received U/Win as a single compressed ("zipped") file, decompress
the file to a diskette.

Run the installation program (install.exe) from within Windows.  Install
copies all uwin files from the distribution diskette to a directory of
your choice.  All U/Win files must be placed in the same directory.


Execution
---------

U/Win is compatible with Windows 3.1.  U/Win will not run in Windows 3.0
Real Mode.

Registration
------------

Detailed registration information is contained in the online help for the
U/Win program along with license and warranty information.  U/Win is being
distributed as Shareware ($29.95 US) and may not be used for a period of 
more than 21 days without being registered.  For further information consult
